Blogger Report: Indonesia Fashion Week 2016

Hello fellas! Last Saturday I attended Indonesia Fashion Week 2016 with my friend, Lucy. I just got the invitations (for me and Lucy) on Thursday from Clozette. Actually I should came to Clozette's office on that day (Thursday) to take the invitation, but on that day, I attended Lazada's event (I'll post it on another blog post as soon as possible) so I couldn't come to their office. So I use Gojek for the first time to take the invitation at their office. At first, I didn't expect I would get 2 invitations, but Clozette gave me anyway so I could attend the fashion show with my friend. Thanks a lot Clozette! Actually, I almost got a pers ID card (with that ID card, I could watch ALL shows but I should write about the shows on Clozette's website), but sadly because my schedule wasn't flexible (I couldn't watch the night shows and I couldn't come on Friday because I had class on that day), Clozette canceled giving me the ID card. It made me so sad, but I was grateful because at least I still got 2 invitations for 1 show :) And oh, me and Lucy were the first one who queued to enter the show's room so because of it, we sat on the third row and could take photos clearly.

Back to the topic, I attended 'Gianyar Cultural Wonders' show on Indonesia Fashion Week. So the clothes that showed on that show are batik from Gianyar, Bali. I'm not into batik that much at first, but after I watched the show, I started to fall in love with batik even more! The designers were so creative. I adore their batik collection. I feel like want to buy more batik clothes since now. I even think to have batik clothing line later. I don't regret watching this show, I enjoy it so much. I'm so proud of Indonesia, having batik as it's characteristic of the country. There're 3 designers behind the show, their names are MirA, Tude Togog, and Tjok Abi. And there's Bali dance everytime before another designer showed him/her collections. I bet you're waiting for me to show you the photos about the show that I attended, right? Please click read more (the button is below these three photos) to see all photos that I took on this show, plus my OOTD on that day :)

Bali dance

The model with the yellow dress is my friends' friend, her name is Zeline.

Photos above this are MirA's collections. (sorry I'm going to speak in English combine with Bahasa), if you pay attention to the motifs of the clothes, these motifs are Bali's traditional motifs, Patra Mesir, yang berbentuk garis-garis hingga menyerupai labirin (but sorry the photos weren't that clear so probably you can't see the details of the motifs).

Photos above this are Tude Togog's collections. Most of these collection's colours are green and blue. And they're ready to wear collections.

Batik with Chinese touch

She's a top model in Indonesia. Her name is Dominique Diyose.

Photos above this are Tjok Abi's collections. His collections are my favorite because they're so gorgeous but sadly, it's not ready to wear clothes. His collections are mostly about black, gold, and red colours with oriental touch such as Chinese cheongsam. Love the details.

That's all about the show. Now I'm going to show you what I wore on that day:
I'm so IN LOVE with this outfit, especially the skirt. I'll wear it so often, I guess :)

After me and Lucy watched the fashion show, we went to Plaza Senayan Mall to met some of my blogger-mates. Sadly I didn't take OOTD photos with them even though they took many OOTD photos there. So me and Lucy just went there to met them in a very short time and took some OOTD photos (without my blogger-mates), then we went home. I changed my shoes on the way to Plaza Senayan because it's so tiring to wear that boots.

These shoes are super lovely, I love them so much <3

Skirt: Forever 21 (my brother gave it to me as a birthday present)
